Bruno Moretti’s Vision: The Essence of the Knife

Designer Bruno Moretti envisioned a knife that is radical, stripping it back to its core purpose; elementary, where simplicity enhances the high-tech precision of its craftsmanship; and archetypal, embodying the purest expression of a knife.

And so, the Ulu and Savik knives were born. Inspired by Inuit traditions, where the "Savik" is a knife for men and the "Ulu" for women, this distinction now carries into the world of fine dining.
