  • Are all your products Made in France?

The entire FrenchyCorner concept is based on highlighting French companies.

100% of the companies present and the products offered therefore meet the Made in France label.

🚚 Shipping & Orders

  • How long does shipping take?

We work with many French companies whose structure, organization and operation can vary significantly.

It is therefore necessary for FrenchyCorner to adapt to the operation of each.

Many products offered are directly manufactured to order and others can even be personalized.

Standard delivery times are around one week and can sometimes require a longer period of around two to four weeks.

  • Can I track my order?

When your order is validated, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.

Once the order is ready to be shipped from its place of manufacture, a second email will be sent to you with a tracking number, allowing you to know the progress of your delivery according to the different stages of its shipment to its final destination.

  • What are the shipping fees?

FrenchyCorner practices a very low shipping cost policy so that you can access this French know-how without the cost of delivery being an obstacle.

FrenchyCorner has therefore chosen to participate in covering a major part of the shipping cost.

The shipping costs remaining at your expense, therefore only represent a small part of their real cost.

These shipping costs vary between 5 and 15 SGD depending on the weight, volume and particularity of the product shipped.

And all shipping costs will be free for any order over 300 SGD.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Singapore PayNow, Singapore GrabPay Online, Singapore SAM Kiosk, Singapore AXS Kiosk

  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Regarding the distance and the cost of transport, we ask our customers to carefully check their order before validating it.

Product return requests will be subject to acceptance by the manufacturer and depend on their conditions of acceptance.

Any personalized products cannot be the subject of a return request.

Any broken products reported by the delivery person and/or by the customer upon delivery will be returned after verification and validation by the manufacturer.

For all other cases, the customer wishing to return a product will benefit from a voucher on the FrenchyCorner website for an amount corresponding to their initial purchase as compensation and will have to pay the return costs corresponding to the cost of shipping at the local rate.
