Timut pepper is a pepper commonly used in pastry, it has citrus grapefruit notes. Married to passion fruit, it brings its bitterness on the finish for an explosive and dry arranged rum at the same time.

Martinique agricultural white rum 50° (71%), homemade cane sugar syrup, timut pepper and maracudja.
