Neck: Don’t forget your neck! Use upward and downward strokes to finish the ritual.

Repeat: For each movement, repeat 3 times for optimal lymphatic flow.

The Gua Sha:

Preparation: Begin with clean skin and apply your favorite beauty products.

Usage: Gently slide the Gua Sha along your face, applying light pressure. Follow slow, precise movements from the center of your face outward and from bottom to
top, adapting the angles to fit the contours of your face.

Repeat: Perform each movement 5 to 10 times for best results.
