In 2015, Mickaël Garcia created the Ptit Franc. If the idea
of reusing old pieces was whispered to her by her sister-in-law Clémence, the love for creation is not new for the Garcias.

Mickaël has always been inspired by his wife Céline, founder of the jewelry brand Les P'tites coquettes, born in 2004. She has always been able to bring her creativity and sensitivity to the collections of Le P'tit Franc.

Curious and passionate by nature, they are driven every day by the irresistible desire to create and give concrete life to their imagery.

The Origins of Le P'tit Franc

Resolutely sensitive and curious, the couple has always been able to combine know-how and creativity. In 2015, bringing the Franc back to life immediately inspired Mickaël, who did not hesitate for a second to go in search of pieces of yesteryear. 1900,1901, 1902… 2000 ! After a meticulous classification by dates and by type of pieces, the adventure of Le P'tit Franc took off.

For the most curious: the first jewel of Le P'tit Franc was unveiled for the first time among the creations of the P'tites coquettes. Mickaël slipped his little white cushion into it, topped with his first bracelet. Made from a 10 cent franc coin, the charm immediately worked with the regulars of the P'tites coquettes.

Bracelets, pendants, rings, or earrings, personalization and transmission occupy an important place for Céline and Mickaël. Resolutely modern, their artisanal creations nevertheless leave room for memories and nostalgia.
