Bruno Moretti’s Vision: Ulu & Savik – The Essence of the Knife

Designer Bruno Moretti sought to create a knife that is radical, elementary, and archetypal - a return to the pure essence of form and function. The result? The Ulu and Savik knives, inspired by Inuit traditions, where a distinct blade exists for men (Savik) and women (Ulu).

For centuries, the Inuit have relied on these knives in the vast, icy expanse of the Arctic, adapting them to the specific needs of each user. Now, this philosophy extends to the refined tables of Guy Savoy’s world-renowned restaurants, where the ergonomics of knife-handling differ between men and women - even outside the freezing extremes of the North.

The negotiated delivery costs are from 10 to 15 SGD for the brand TB Haute coutellerie.
Free shipping on all orders over SGD 300.
