About the Domaine:

The Jessiaume family has deep roots in Santenay, with a winemaking heritage that stretches back to 1830. The estate began with just a few parcels in Santenay, and over the generations, the family has expanded, consistently producing high-quality wines. Today, Jean Baptiste Jessiaume leads the estate, working alongside his father, Marc. Their shared passion is to craft wines that authentically express the unique terroir of each appellation. Jean Baptiste is considered one of the rising stars in Burgundy, and his talent as a winemaker will undoubtedly make a significant impact on the region in the coming years.

Elevage (Aging Process):

The creation of the spirit Red'Jess is a testament to the family’s dedication to innovation. This unique blend was inspired by a recipe found in Jean Baptiste’s grandfather’s notebook, which had been kept in the family cellar. Seeking to bring the recipe to life, Jean Baptiste enlisted the help of two master bartenders from Paris and New York. After several trials, they succeeded in crafting Red'Jess, a must-try creation that combines the expertise of both the Jessiaume family and the knowledge of world-class mixologists.

Tasting notes:This spirit made out 100% Pinot Noir has orange, spice aromas. On your palate, you will have this sensation of freshness, flavorful, well balanced drink. Region/Appellation: France - Burgundy.

You should pour 5cl of Red'Jess in your glass and add 15cl of tonic (good one like FeverTree) and add a few ice cubes. Your cocktail is ready to drink and you will love it! 

Food pairing: As an aperitif or after dinner to replace the classic Gin and tonic, you will impress your guests with a Red'Jess and Tonic.
