About the Domaine:

The Vitteaut Alberti estate, established across three generations, is based in Rully, located in the Côte Chalonnaise. Specializing in Crémant, the estate covers 22 hectares of vineyards. Their focus is on ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and consistent quality throughout their entire range of Crémant wines. Widely recognized by wine professionals and enthusiasts, Vitteaut Alberti continues to embody a spirit of excellence in producing some of the finest Crémants from Burgundy.

Elevage (Aging Process):

The Blanc de Blanc is crafted from a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Aligoté grapes. These grapes undergo cold pressing, with temperature control during fermentation to maintain freshness. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 18 months in bottle, which allows it to develop a refined texture and balance. The result is a crisp, elegant Crémant with a complex flavor profile that showcases the unique character of the Chardonnay and Aligoté varieties.

Tasting notes: Brilliant gold colour with delicate bubbles. Citrus and floral notes on the nose. Freshness, honey and toasty notes on the palate with a long length.

Should be served between 6 to 8 degree Food pairing: Fine and delicate as an aperitif. It goes well with seafood, shellfish and sushi.
