How are our Sugar Candied Aiguillettes made?
The lemon peels are delicately candied in a candy syrup for several weeks, before being coated with sugar grains one by one at the Fabrique de la Maison Léonard Parli, located in Aix-en-Provence.
Finally, they are weighed and packaged by hand in lovely Leonardo Parli sealed bags.
